What you can hire us for.

Four kinds of job, from the page where your customers find you to the system your team works in. They all start the same way: by looking at what you already have, not at what we'd like to sell you.

    Landing pages

You've got a clear service and one thing you want visitors to do: book, call or ask for a quote.

One page, one goal. We build it to load fast on a phone and take people to the button that matters without distracting them on the way. And with no server to maintain when you don't need one: if booking is a link to your calendar and getting in touch is a WhatsApp message that's already written, that's what we build.

    What's included

    • A page designed for a single action, with that action within reach on every screen
    • Fast on a phone, which is how most of your customers will open it
    • Address, opening hours and services with prices, written so Google reads them properly
    • Your phone number and opening hours in one place, shared by every section of the page

    Custom websites

Your business doesn't fit a template: it has a menu, a catalogue, bookings or a form that brings the work in.

We design and build the whole site, on a design system of its own rather than a template that looks like a thousand others. Every page pushes towards the same action — book, order, get in touch — and the showy parts are conditional: if someone asks their device for less motion, the site gives them that.

    What's included

    • A design of its own: colours, type and components written for your brand
    • The pages we agree on: menu or catalogue, offers, location, bookings
    • Contact or booking forms that check the details before sending and say clearly what happens next
    • It works with a keyboard, focus is visible and animations switch off if you ask

    ERPs

Stock lives in one sheet, sales in another and commissions in someone's head. At the end of the month, nothing adds up.

An ERP built around how your company works, not how the average one does. Inventory, purchasing, sales, customers and sales reps in one place and connected to each other: a sale takes the items off stock, puts them back if it's deleted and works out the margin from what each one actually cost. We can start with the module that hurts most, or build on whatever you already have half-finished.

    What's included

    • Inventory with the status, cost and sale price of every item
    • Purchases and sales that move stock by themselves, without re-keying
    • Sales reps with their sales and their commissions worked out
    • A dashboard with the business's figures: sales, purchases, margins and stock value

    Custom software

What you need doesn't exist as a product — or it does, but it makes you work its way.

We build the specific tool your team is missing: a management dashboard or an internal app. Everyone signs in with their own account and sees their own work, and if something fails halfway through, we design it to retry or clean up after itself rather than leave stray records behind.

    What's included

    • Management screens: create, edit, search with filters and statuses
    • Everyone signs in with their own account and sees only their own work
    • If something fails halfway through, it retries or cleans up: no half-finished data left behind
    • Also designed for the phones of anyone working away from the office

And if what eats up your hours is a repetitive task — pulling data together, letting the right people know, producing the same document every week — we automate that too.

Not sure which one yours falls under? Fair enough — hardly any job arrives with a label on it. Tell us about it and we'll let you know.

How a project goes

Five phases. None of them starts until the previous one is closed.

  1. 01

You tell us the problem, not the solution

We talk to whoever is going to use it, not just whoever commissions it. We come away knowing what it has to achieve: more bookings, fewer spreadsheets or a team that stops treading on each other's toes.

You getIn writing: what it has to solve, and for whom.

  2. 02

We get back to you in writing

We set out how we'd go about it, what's in and what's out, and what it costs. If we see that what you need is smaller than you thought, we'll tell you.

You getA fixed scope and a written quote before we start.

  3. 03

    Something small and finished first

We build the piece that matters most — the home page, the sales module — and show it to you working, not as a mockup. From there we carry on with what we agreed.

You getSomething you can already use, even if the rest isn't there yet.

  4. 04

We make it fail on purpose

Before handing anything over we test what happens when the connection drops, when the file is too big, or when someone submits the form three times in a row. Anything left half-done has to retry or clean up after itself.

You getWritten down: what was tested and what's still outstanding.

  5. 05

    It stays up and running

We leave it running for you. Anything still outstanding is written down, not hidden away.

You getThe system running, and anything still outstanding written down.

Before you get in touch

What people usually ask us.

If your question isn't here, ask us: we reply within 24 working hours.

Ask us your question
How much does it cost?

It depends on what needs building: a page with a booking button isn't the same as an ERP with sales reps on commission. That's why we don't quote blind. Tell us about your case and we'll get back to you with how we'd do it, what's in, what's out and the price: fixed and in writing before we start. It costs nothing to ask.

How long does it take?

We'll tell you in writing, along with the quote, once we know what it needs to do. And you won't have to wait until the end to see anything: the first thing we show you already works.

Can you build on what I already have?

Yes. The sportswear ERP was started by another developer: we redesigned it and added what was missing. And with an ERP we can start with the module that hurts most.

Is my company too small for you?

The size of the company makes no difference to us. A landing page for a barbershop is as much a job as an ERP. What we need is to talk to whoever is going to use it, not just whoever commissions it.

Do you work outside Madrid?

Yes. We're based in Madrid and work remotely across Spain.

What if I don't know what I need?

That's normal: hardly any job arrives with a label on it. Tell us about it and we'll tell you what fits. And if what you need already exists and works for you, we'll tell you that too.

Next step

Got something you can't find off the shelf?

Tell us about it. We'll come back with how we'd do it, how long it'd take and what it'd cost, before you commit to anything.
